Refund Policy

At Kiraak Party, we strive to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for all our clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your plans. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.

Event Cancellations & Refunds:
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your event, the following refund policy will apply based on the time of cancellation:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the event date: 80% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation 14-29 days prior to the event date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation within 14 days of the event date: No refund will be provided.

Kiraak Party-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Kiraak Party must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Rescheduling Policy:
Client-Initiated Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before the event date can be accommodated without any additional charges, subject to availability. For rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event date, an additional fee may apply, depending on the nature and scale of the event.

Kiraak Party-Initiated Rescheduling: If Kiraak Party needs to reschedule the event for any reason, we will work closely with you to find a suitable new date or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment used during the booking. 

Non-Refundable Deposits:
Certain events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit will be clearly communicated during the booking process and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund Process:
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
